 The New signee Over The Top Entertainment Sheliroy, aka ''The Living Dragon'' drops the much-anticipated video for his latest single 'Shumpey'. The Colourful video shot in the streets of  Obalende/ Lagos Island where He grew up, was directed by The Award Winning Clarence Peters for Capital Dreams Pictures. This is certainly a Banger.
